SUNO accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases: American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.

SUNO charges sales tax only to orders being shipped to New York State (8.875%).

When placing an order on the site, your order will be processed as it appears on the Checkout page. Once your payment has been submitted, your processed order will be available to view, track, or access in your sunony.com account at any time.

A submitted order is considered an agreement to the General Terms of Sale and any other conditions listed on this site, including the Privacy Policy and the Return Policy.

SUNO reserves the right to cancel a purchase at any time. In the case of a cancellation, you will be notified by e-mail of the cancellation and the reason for cancellation within one (1) business day of purchase.

SHIPPING

SUNONY.COM processes orders for shipping Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

For domestic shipments of $500 or less, a flat fee of $12 will be charged for shipping. For purchases of $500 or more, domestic shipping will be complimentary.

For Overnight delivery, please place your order before 1 p.m. E.S.T.

After your purchase is complete and your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking information for your shipment. You may also view your shipment’s status at any time by logging into your sunony.com account.

We are pleased to satisfy international orders. If you are an international customer and would like to place an order, please contact us at orders@sunony.com so that we may personally arrange your shipment.

RETURNS

If you are for any reason unhappy with the items you have ordered, you may return them within twelve (12) calendar days of delivery for a refund of your purchase price. The item should be in its original, undamaged packaging. Kindly return all items sold as a pair or set together.

Return shipping is complimentary for all customers provided their return has been processed using your account on sunony.com. Your refund will be issued to your original form of payment once the return has been received in our warehouse.

Please note that items purchased from The Strand Kiosk will not be available to return, and should be considered Final Sale. If your order from The Strand Kiosk is damaged upon arrival, please contact us directly at orders@sunony.com.

How to Return:

Login to your account at http://sunony.com/store/login. Under “Already a Member? Sign In”, enter your email address and password, then click “Sign In”. Under “My Orders”, click on the order number of the item you would like to return. For each item that you would like to return, check the box to the left of the word “Return”. At the bottom of the order’s item list, click “Return”.

A pop up window will appear prompting you to select your “Reason for Return” from a drop down menu. Once selected, click “Confirm”.

Check your email inbox for your email confirmation. In the body of the email, click the “Download Shipping Label” link. This is your shipping label. Once you have printed it, affix the label to the outside of the package you are returning.

GUARANTEES AND PRODUCT PRICE INDICATION

You can find the available payment methods in the Help/FAQ's section of our Website. We do not accept any other method of payment than mentioned, as our system is not designed to process other payment methods. Please do not try to pay by any other way than specified there. If you do, we will not be liable for loss of the payment or any other damages that may result from this action.

If you pay by Credit Card, we will deduct the amount due from your account as soon as your order is placed. PRICES

The prices displayed on SUNONY.COM are exclusive of tax. Shipping rates are applied per order. Exact shipping rates depend on the state and country to which the order is being delivered. SUNO does not have a place of business except within the state of New York, nor does it have local agents and representatives acting on its behalf. QUALITY AND GUARANTEES

The main characteristics of products are shown on SUNONY.COM on each product page. The products offered for sale on SUNONY.COM may not exactly correspond to the real garments in terms of image and colors due to the Internet browser or monitor used. All products come with an identification tag attached with a security seal. Do not remove the tag or seal from the purchased products should you wish to return the purchased product. Should you decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, SUNO has the right to not accept returned products that are returned without the corresponding tag or seal or that have been altered from their original status or damaged.

Our staff of Quality specialists works diligently to ensure the safety and quality of our products. We strive to meet or surpass applicable regulations as required by federal law as well as guidelines set by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. We work directly with our manufacturers to implement strict quality and safety standards prior to producing any product.

Once a product is made, testing is required to make sure nothing has changed from the final design specifications. In addition, we have an in-house team inspect random samples of products as they arrive in our warehouse. If any problems or inconsistencies are discovered, we inspect each and every unit of the product in question. Should the product not meet all requirements, it is placed on hold until satisfactory replacements can be produced. If we are unable to satisfactorily resolve the problem, we return the product in question to the manufacturer.
