What forms of payment do you accept?


suno accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases: american express, visa and mastercard.


Are tax and duties incuded in the price?


tax will only be charged on orders being shipped within new york state, appropriate to the zip code of your shipping address. taxes and duties for orders shipped internationally will be charged at the time of import directly to the customer and are not included in your invoice.


I've placed my order. Now what?


when placing an order on the site, your order will be processed as it appears on the checkout page. once your payment has been submitted, your processed order will be available to view, track, or access in your sunony.com account at any time.


a submitted order is considered an agreement to the general terms of sale and any other conditions listed on this site, including the privacy policy and the return policy.


please note that suno reserves the right to cancel a purchase at any time. in the case of a cancellation, you will be notified by e-mail of the cancellation and the reason for cancellation.


The price has decreased since I made my order. What can I do?


if previously purchased merchandise is marked down within seven (7) days of the original order date, suno will adjust the price of the item, once. This does not apply to Final Sale Items. Please email customerservice@sunony.com and reference your order number to receive a price adjustment.




I've placed my order. When can I expect it to ship?


sunony.com processes orders monday through friday, excluding public holidays. orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. please note you must place your order by 12 on EST to ship same-day.


domestic shipping within the continental united states are shipped via federal express. we are pleased to offer complimentary ground shipping in the continental united states, federal express 2nd Day Air and fed-ex prirority overnight.

Do you ship outside of the United States?


yes, we do. international shipping is available for $65 via federal express, and will generally take 6-10 business days to arrive. taxes and duties will be billed directly to you upon your order’s import to the shipping country.


How can I find my tracking information?


after your purchase is complete and your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. you may also view your shipment’s status at any time by logging into your sunony.com account.




What is the return policy?


if you are for any reason unhappy with the items you have ordered, you may submit a return request within fifteen (15) calendar days of delivery for a refund of your purchase price. 

All items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. we will not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way. kindly return all items sold as a pair or set together. final discount items do not qualify for return.


What is the cost of return shipping?


return shipping is complimentary for all customers. your refund will be issued to your original form of payment once the return has been received and processed by our warehouse.


How do I request a return?


to complete a return, log into your suno online account. under the returns tab, complete the required information, and add your item to your return. a return request will be sent to our customer service team. once your return has been authorized, you may create a complimentary return shipping label in your account for use with return.


if you created your order at suno online as a guest, you may request a return here. search for your order by order # or name, then follow the directions above to request a return.You may also email customerservice@sunony.com to request a return label.


I've sent back my return; when can I expect my refund?

refunds will not be issued until your returned item has been recieved by our warehouse. please allow ten (10) business days after the shipment has been received for a full refund to the original payment
