Returns & Exchanges
At SUNO, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with the items you have ordered, you may submit a return request within 15 calendar days of delivery for a full refund – given that the returned items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Discounted items do not qualify for a refund.
Return shipping is complimentary for all customers. Your refund will be processed to your original form of payment once the return has been received and processed by our warehouse. Please allow 10 business days after the shipment has been received for your refund.
Requesting a Return
You may email email@example.com to request a return label. You can also complete a return by logging into your SUNO online account. Under the returns tab, complete the required information, and add your item to your return. Once our team has authorized your return, you may create a complimentary return-shipping label in your account for use upon return.
If you created your order at SUNO online as a guest, you may request a return here. Search for your order by order # or name, then follow the directions above to request a return. You may also email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return label.
We kindly ask that you send back the item within a week of receiving the return label.
